Booking terms & performance release.

What you’re booking

A $1,000 USD Dumblit mic performance feature with a 30-minute session. The session length is 30 minutes; it is not a promise of a 30-minute published video. Publication timing and the final edit are coordinated by Dumblit. No particular audience size, views, streams, income, or other result is guaranteed.

Scheduling and confirmation

Standard sessions are on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with a preferred window of 11 in the morning to 7 in the evening, America/New_York (Eastern Time, including daylight saving). Book at least seven calendar days in advance. The date and window you select are a request, subject to availability; they do not reserve an exact start time. Dumblit confirms your exact 30-minute start time and arrival details by email the day before the session. Monitor the email address you provide and contact us if you have not received confirmation.

Rush and off-hours

Requests with fewer than seven days’ notice, on other days, or outside the standard window require a $500 USD add-on, for a total of $1,500 USD. The add-on applies once even if a request is both rush and off-hours. These requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed merely by payment. Same-day online requests are not offered; contact the team for a same-day inquiry.

Payment, changes, and refunds

Payment is collected in USD through Stripe at checkout. Your payment receipt acknowledges payment, not a confirmed appointment. If Dumblit cannot accommodate your request, you may accept an alternative or receive a full refund, including any rush/off-hours add-on. Contact the team by email for a cancellation, reschedule, delay, or other refund request so we can resolve it before the session. No additional charge will be made without your agreement.

Your identity and your material

You confirm that you are at least 18, that the name, email, and Instagram handle you submit are accurate and yours, and that you have the authority and necessary permissions to perform and authorize the recording and publication of the music and other material you bring. This includes relevant permissions for backing tracks, compositions, and any other performers. Do not submit private information about another person or material you are not authorized to use. The identity checkbox records your statement; it is not independent identity verification.

Performance and appearance release

You authorize Dumblit to record your session and use, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, and promote that recording, your performance, and your name, Instagram handle, image, and voice in connection with the Dumblit feature and its promotion on Dumblit’s channels and website. This permission is nonexclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free, and continues for the published feature and its promotion. You retain ownership of your underlying music and other original material. This permission does not transfer ownership of your music or authorize unrelated endorsements. Dumblit may identify the feature as paid promotional content where applicable.

Privacy notice

Dumblit uses your name, email, Instagram handle, scheduling preferences, and agreement record to process payment, arrange the session, handle support, and keep booking records. Stripe processes card information; the Dumblit booking form does not collect your card number. Authorized Dumblit operators may access booking information through the company’s systems. Your contact information is not permission for unrelated marketing. Contact the email above to request access to, correction of, or deletion of booking information, subject to payment and other record-retention obligations.

Your agreement

By checking the agreement boxes and continuing to payment, you affirm your identity and authority and agree to this version of the terms and release. The booking record includes the accepted version and acceptance time. Keep a copy of these terms for your records. Your applicable statutory rights remain in effect.
